Beth Klein, NBC-HWC

Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach​

Beth Klein is a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and dedicated integrative wellness practitioner. For eight years, Beth has provided personalized coaching programs that address the unique physical, emotional, and mental goals of each client, including, but not limited to, diet and nutrition, movement and fitness, sleep hygiene, and stress management. Her programs foster gradual, sustainable behavior and mindset changes that lead clients to reach their current health goals while equipping them with the tools to achieve future goals as well.

 

In addition to her health coaching programs, Beth offers a three-session meditation instruction program in which clients learn the fundamentals, logistics, and nuances of meditation—empowering them to build an independent, lifelong practice. A devout meditator for 13 years, Beth credits her success and inner peace to a daily meditation practice and is passionate about teaching and sharing its transformative benefits with others.
